A strategy to reorganise the food brand’s digital universe.
Kölln has been one of the most traditional food brands in Germany since 1820. We supported the company in the digital transformation and evaluated the digital potential of all business units such as sales, marketing or human resources. Without losing the affiliation with the brand tradition, we were able to identify an efficient reorganization of the business units, new sale channels and the potential of content marketing, without losing the affiliation with the brand tradition.
