A strategy to reorganise the food brand’s digital universe.

Kölln has been one of the most traditional food brands in Germany since 1820‭. ‬We supported the company in the digital transformation and evaluated the digital potential of all business units such as sales‭, ‬marketing or human resources‭. ‬Without losing the affiliation with the brand tradition‭, ‬we were able to identify an efficient reorganization of the business units‭, ‬new sale channels and the potential of content marketing‭, ‬without losing the affiliation with the brand tradition‭.‬
