Svea hosted the WÄRTSILÄ corporate cultural change event in Hamburg. The company WÄRTSILÄ is leading in the marine sector. It was about presenting the smart marine vision and talking about the need of a cultural change which emerges through the further digitalisation of the company. Svea interviewed in a panel discussion distinguished colleagues out of the new work field (such as Otto Group).
